Since your order is custom printed just for you, we do not accept second thought on size problems (due to customer’s fault), so please view the size chart carefully before placing your order.
We highly recommend you not to order products whose designs/text are the same color as them because the printing would be invisible. We will not be responsible for refunds or exchanges regarding to this issue.
After your order has been placed, you have 2 hours to contact us and request order modifications. After 2 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
All items are made to order, once an order is submitted, we immediately begin preparing it and therefore cannot make cancellation. Please make sure that you want to buy the products prior to submitting the order.
If you receive a faulty item, just send us some pictures of it to email@example.com along with your order number. Teetio guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
In most cases, we will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
Order replacement and refund requests must be made within 30 days since order is placed.
We can refuse any requests out of that time.
As your order contains print-on-demand products, we can not sell to anyone else but you – we do not accept returns, refund just because you do not like it or such reasons
