Not in love with your new purchase? Please contact our support@teetrio.com, we’d be more than happy to help you sort your issue out and find the best solution!

Important note:

We operate on a print-on-demand service, which means your t-shirts will be freshly printed after you order from us. Therefore, please understand that:

  • It is not possible to edit or cancel your order from your end after checking out. Therefore, in case you want to cancel the order or change your information, such as the receiver's address, the quantity of the products, sizing, etc., please contact us with your order's ID as soon as possible.
    • If your t-shirts haven't been printed (normally after 24 hours), we can cancel your order and refund to you immediately.
    • If your order haven't been shipped (normally after 2 days), we can edit your order info. Please keep in mind that it is not possible to cancel the order now.
    • If the order is already printed and shipped, we can still change your shipping address, but shipping time may be subject to delay.
  • It is not possible to return the product. In case you are dissatisfied with the products, please keep them (do not return them to the supplier) and contact us as soon as possible. We will get you a refund/replacement if:
    • there are missing or damaged products;
    • there are printing errors of TeeTrio's fault.
    In case you want to return the products due to preference reasons (which is really difficult on us), we will try our best to provide you with a satisfactory offer.

Due to the nature of our print-on-demand service, it is a bit more complicated than normal to process with refund and cancellation. However, we hope you can be patient with us and we will try our best to support you on a case-by-case basis.

Since your order is custom printed just for you, we do not accept second thought on size problems (due to customer’s fault), so please view the size chart carefully before placing your order.

We highly recommend you not to order products whose designs/text are the same color as them because the printing would be invisible. We will not be responsible for refunds or exchanges regarding to this issue.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact us and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

Damaged/Incorrect Order

If you receive a faulty item, just send us some pictures of it to support@teetrio.com along with your order number. Teetrio guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

In most cases, we will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
