A standard 52-card deck can be used for playing the popular card game rummy, which can be played by two or more people of different skill levels. Forming sets (three or four cards of the same rank) & runs (three or more consecutive f1 refusal slotscards of the same suit) from the cards in one's hand is the aim of the game. Depending on the variation being played, each player starts with a certain number of cards. When the top card is turned face-up, the discard pile starts, and the remaining cards form the draw pile. Each player draws a card from either pile in turn, then discards one card from their hand. The game goes on until a player declares victory by forming all of their cards into sets and runs.
