Runs are sequences of three or more successive cards of the same suit, whereas sets are made up of three or four cards of the same rank. Initibug cashally, a hand of cards is dealt to each player. After one card is placed face-up next to the remaining cards to begin the discard pile, the remaining cards form a face-down draw pile. Each player draws one card from either pile, after which they each discard one card from their hand.
